Meadow honey
We have a new variety on the block (June 2021)!
This ULTRA blonde, light, floral drop is our ‘Meadow honey’ - from hives placed around the Lachlan Valley, over the Blue Mountains southwest of Bathurst.
Instead of one source (grey gum etc) it’s a multi sourced floral mix - unusual for us! And it’s oh so yummy.
