Our 340 gram jars of premium small batch honey are the perfect gift, or special treat.

The honey is seasonal, depending on which native trees and shrubs our bees are feeding on.

Our hives are placed around the Blue Mountains and Bathurst regions, moved around according to where the best blossoms are.

This pure 100% golden goodness is processed and bottled on our beautiful farm, at the base of the Blue Mountains.

Our Grey ironbark is a bright, vibrant variety - possibly the most 'moreish' we've ever tasted! It's thick and creamy in texture and has hints of caramel, while being subtly sweet. It's an OUTSTANDING honey - even if we say so ourselves.
