Our 340 gram jars of premium small batch honey are the perfect gift, or special treat.

And this option comes with a gorgeous Tasmanian myrtle honey dipper.

Mount Henry Honey is seasonal, depending on which native trees and shrubs our bees are feeding on.

Our hives are placed around the Blue Mountains and Bathurst regions, moved around according to where the best blossoms are.

At the moment you can choose from one of two honey varieties to be included in your Honey and Dipper gift pack:

  • Red stringbark: a rich, toffee, caramel-like thick, oozey honey - earthy, with notes of eucalyptus. 
  • Bimblebox Yellowbox:  Yellowbox has a fresh, fruity and "classic" flavour. It's smooth and buttery. Paired with the mild and pleasant Bimblebox, which is a much rarer variety (especially so together).
