Welcome Grey gum - our newest variety. This is a very limited batch, as we come to terms with what the future might bring for Mount Henry Honey. 

Unlike our other varieties from the Central West region (except for Manuka) it's from around our hives around Wallacia - so VERY local!

This is a bright, floral honey with a flavoursome depth. It's really something.
